FAQs
-
Which loo would be best for my event?
We have two sizes of unit, one built for medium sized events of 150 max or a larger format built for 250 max. The larger units come in a Luxury format (which is more minimalistic in design) or Prestige format which features bold colours, TV’s and sound systems.
-
Do you have accessible loos?
Yes we do, we have a purpose built unit called the WC2 Pod which is designed to be placed at ground level with a wheelchair ramp, it also includes baby changing facilities and is built to the same standards as our Luxury units. Please note the accessible unit is only available as an add-on to one of our trailer units.
-
Do your loos need power and water?
Yes, they do, all of our units require a constant power supply from a clean and reliable source. We always recommend a generator for this with a 16amp connection, but we are able to use a household 13amp supply if required. Access to a water source upon delivery is preferable but not essential, due to towing restrictions we prefer to deliver the unit empty and fill with fresh water upon arrival. However, if there is no water source please let us know in advance and other arrangements can be made.
-
Do the loos come with toilet roll and soap?
Our loos come fully stocked for your event, so you don’t have to provide anything. We provide luxury soap and lotions, toilet tissue, hand towels along with a selection of luxury vanity items for the ladies. If there is anything specific that you would like inside the loos then please feel free to ask and we will do our best to provide it for you.
-
Can we use the loos for more than one day?
Of course, please be sure to inform us of the timeframe you wish to hire for and if needed we can arrange mid-hire servicing of the units the ensure they stay clean and fresh throughout.
-
Can someone be on hand during the event to keep the loos clean and tidy?
Yes, we offer an attendant service for each event (POA). This is usually a 6 or 8 hour shift where one of our team will be on hand to keep the loos clean, tidy and well stocked as well as being there should anything need attention.
-
Can I collect the loos myself?
No, due to insurance purposes and towing restrictions one of our team will have to carry out both delivery and collection from your chosen venue or site.
-
Can I move the unit once it’s been delivered if plans change?
No, our team are trained in how to install and setup the unit and for safety and insurance reasons only we can move the unit once in place. We would be happy to come and do it for you should plans change on the day but please be aware that a charge will apply for this.
-
Do the loos use chemicals?
No they don’t. We have developed our signature vacuum flush, fresh water system so that no chemicals need to be added meaning the customer has a cleaner and more hygienic experience. Please note that the vacuum system has an inbuilt macerator and so we place clear warnings around the units regarding the use of the loos themselves, only toilet tissue can be flushed. Foreign objects may cause damage or cause the system to stop and a callout charge will be added in these cases.
